Our services

TurtleTotes rents heavy-duty plastic moving totes and related supplies, with delivery and pickup, across Pasco, Hernando, Pinellas and Hillsborough counties, Florida. This website provides information about our service and lets you contact us or book a rental. Booking a rental is subject to availability and to the rental details we confirm with you.

Rentals, delivery, and pickup

Crates and equipment are rented to you for the agreed rental term and remain our property. You are responsible for the crates and any other equipment while they are in your possession, and for having them ready and accessible for pickup at the end of the rental. Fees may apply for items that are lost, damaged beyond normal wear, or not returned.

Pricing and payment

Prices shown on the site are for the rental terms described. Payment is processed through our third-party payment provider. Any deposits, additional fees, and the rental term that applies to your order will be set out at checkout or in your booking confirmation.

Cancellations and changes

If you need to change or cancel a booking, please let us know as early as possible so we can adjust the schedule. Specific cancellation terms, if any, are those stated at the time of booking.

Website use and intellectual property

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or security. The content, design, logos, and images on this site are owned by TurtleTotes or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
